What You’ll Do

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully reaching out to clients and other businesses.

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

  • Working with a high-performance sales team, Identify and grow talent and lead motivate a team of direct reports

  • Being responsible for team morale and driving productivity

  • Work with your team to adopt changes in workflows processes and procedures

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and needs

  • Organizational skills and detailed orientated approach to problem solving

  • Prioritization of tasks and working to tight deadlines

  • Stay current with vendors’ offerings and industry trends

  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.

Who You are

  • 4+ years experience as a sales professionals selling IT services for a mid-sized IT services company

  • Should have a good understanding of technology requirements of SMB clients

  • Must have strong experience in products such as mobile app development, digitization, Application development, Cloud services, SAAS, etc. 

  • You must have existing client relationships that you can leverage

  • Very good at giving bad news, fast!

  • Very good communicator

  • Loves speed

  • Curious, Creative, Problem-Solver

  • Works with people to get things done!

  • Work with management for sales growth strategies, business development, marketing and client relationships
